He understands that his people have been neglected and have been marginalized at the Centre for too long, there is a need for someone with a clear vision to be in the race, win and finally bring succor and hope to his People.
I am Fadeshola Atilade Ojamomi. My father is from Idiogba/Motoro and my mother hails from Igo/Ilepete/Ojumole all in Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo state. I had my primary education at Success Group of Schools Okitipupa, my Junior Secondary education at Demonstration Secondary School Ondo and Senior Secondary education at Emmanuel Royal College in Okitipupa Local Government Area of Ondo State.
After my Secondary School Certificate Examination, I applied to teach at Heritage International Kiddies College, Okitipupa where I was awarded with the teacher of the year in 2006. Having discovered I couldn’t save enough for my university tuition as a teacher, I joined my
mother in her business and began hawking clothes across all the Markets in Ondo South Senatorial District.
After saving some money from the sales of clothing materials, I gained admission into the Federal College of Education, Obudu-CRS, now Federal University of Education, Obudu Cross River State, to study English/Social Studies, where I bagged an NCE degree in 2010.
While in Obudu, I wrote Jamb and eventually gained Admission to study Law at the Prestigious University of Jos. A citadel for intellectual giants established with using the same parameters as that of Nigeria’s Premier University. UNIJOS was optimally the hub of University Education in the North Central and some parts of North West. I bagged a degree in Law from the renowned UNIJOS in 2014 from where I proceeded to the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian bar in 2016. I bagged my PGD from the Chartered Institute For Customer Relationship Management the same year and became an Associate of CICRM.
My unquenchable desire to acquire more knowledge spur me into sitting for a good number of Master Classes in Entrepreneurship Development. Notable among them was African Young Entrepreneur Masterclass facilitated by AYÈ with headquarters in South Africa and another with Entrepreneurship Development Center which was sponsored by African Community Bridge
Foundation in 2020 and 2021 respectively.
I am currently a Masters Student of University of Benin and National Institute of Legislative and Democratic Studies (NILDS) one of the most significant engine room of the National Assembly, Abuja.
I am a member of the oldest political party in Nigeria where most of the renowned Political heavyweights in Nigeria got their tutelage and experience, The Social Democratic Party (SDP). I am equally a member of numerous Professional bodies and Non Governmental Organizations.
More importantly, I am a full blooded ILAJE MAN from the Oil rich region of Ondo State, husband to the most pulchritudinous woman in the world and a Father to a beauteous daughter.
I was a popular student activist at the Federal College of Education ,Obudu , CrossRiver State and one of the most Celebrated Student Union Leaders and Activist in the University of Jos.
I am known for my doggedness and uprightness when it comes to fighting for the needs and welfare of Students. As a Comrade at the Faculty of Law and even within the hierarchy of students at the SUG and National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS), my drive has
always been service above self.
I equally discharged my duties optimally when i served as the Chapter President of both National Association of Ondo State Student (NAOSS) and National Association of Ilaje Student (NAIS). As a National Senator in NAOSS and NAIS, I introduced new innovations to student politics.
I am a Popular Youth Advocate in the ranks of Ilaje Advancement Forum (IAF), a registered frontline youth- oriented pressure group in Ilaje Local Government. Our vision is to become the collective voice of the people of Ilaje both at home and in Diaspora and promote ethical
relationship, mutual respect, structural development and to promote sustainable health culture among our people. Our forum is often used to promote Ilaje interest, inspire innovations, and provide a forum for ideas, to educate the general public on health hazards and the need to live a healthy lifestyle.
We employed our intellectual prowess, provided leadership and ignited the thirst for development in our people. Through purposeful plans, commitment and loyalty to the course of our people, we made a mark and created legendary marks in our land.
Ondo South Advancement Welfare and Consultative Association OSAWA, though an apolitical
group, it’s an Arena where all Political Interest within the Ondo South Senatorial District do converge to address pressing senatorial issues. The exposure the organization has afforded me is immeasurable. The group, in recognition of my stoic contributions for over half a decade insisted I go into politics. Inspite of the pressure of the group and some of my close ally’s on me to join active politics, I stayed in the course of my law practice until 2021 when I made up my mind to join Social Democratic Party since APC (my formal party) insisted on imposing a particular candidate on all
the aspirants.
Social Democratic Party (SDP) Primaries was organized and I was elected a candidate of SDP for the upcoming 2023 election.
