Advocate for the absolute Independence/Financial Autonomy of OSOPADEC. Section 7 of the Law establishing OSOPADEC gave the commission the power to receive and administer exclusively the 40% of the 13% oil derivation funds accrued to the mandate area.
Section 9 of the law establishing OSOPADEC must be fully complied with in other for the Commissional have full control of what it gets from the federal government so that we can develop our region. If we must lobby to get this done, I will do this with all my might.
